Classes are two hours long. Please come to class wearing comfortable clothes and please bring water and a sweater and if you like a cushion to sit on. The location can get a little chilly. We ask that before you enter the room you turn off your cell phones. No gum chewing please. We will provide a link to download two complimentary audio MP3′s at the class. We highly suggest that you listen to your MP3′s everyday for 30 days after the class so that your new healthy habits can be cemented within the subconscious mind. Please check dates and times. It is critical that you arrive on time.
